Yesterday Lucy Boynton’s Crackerjack put in a good test for his first four-star here at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington. He had some tense, green moments but scored 58.01 to tie for 45th place after the first day of competition. This afternoon Stephen Blauner’s Master Frisky was the last to go and score 47.0 for a respectable 12th place. The weather forecast is for heavy rain tomorrow afternoon, and “Mikey” will go right in the thick of it. Crackers will go out earlier in the day and hopefully benefit from the footing not having too much wear and tear on the footing at that point. Find videos of all of the horses at the USEF Network We had a couple of autograph signings today with Stuebben and Ariat, and the turnout was excellent. Thanks to everyone who showed up. We also enjoyed a huge crowd for the SmartPak course walk, which is an annual event and has become a popular fixture here at Rolex Kentucky. Ride Times for tomorrow’s cross-country phase have been rescheduled and Windurra riders are as follows: 10:34am Caitlin Silliman 11:04 Jimmie Schramm 11:34 Boyd/Crackerjack 11:40 Lillian Heard 11:46Erin Sylvester 1:25 Boyd/Master Frisky
